Is this for me ?
- Feeling overwhelmed, stressed or anxious
- Feeling stuck or disconnected
- Questioning who you are or where you are going
- Struggling with emotions, relationships, or self-esteem
- Carrying experiences from the past that still affect you today
- Difficulties around food, body image, or your relationship with yourself
- Trying to make sense of painful or traumatic experiences
- Feeling that you connect better through experiences than through words alone
- Wanting to better understand yourself
- Simply curious about psychotherapy
You don't need to know exactly what you need before starting therapy, nor do you need to be certain that therapy is right for you. If you're unsure, we can explore that together!

My perspective
You are the expert on yourself. And at times, we all need to see through the eyes of someone else, whether a therapist, a peer, or even a horse, to reconnect with our own inner knowledge.
As a psychologist with an integrative approach and a humanistic sensitivity, I believe in each person’s ability to access their own inner resources. I offer a space to explore behaviours, emotions, and ways of relating to oneself and others, and to initiate change - if desired - in a setting that fosters safety, reflection and self-development.
Along with my funny accent, I bring the richness of diverse experiences and training. I work with adults of all ages, adolescents and, in some circumstances, children. If you're wondering whether we might be a good fit, feel free to get in touch.
